These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website heliumair.in ("Site") and the purchase of products offered by Helium Smart Air Private Limited ("Helium", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, and Refund and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By using the Site you represent that you are:

• at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law;
• providing accurate, current, and complete information when registering or placing an order;
• responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs;
• liable for all activities that occur under your account.

Delivery timelines, installation charges, and serviceable pincodes are described in our Refund and Return Policy. Installation is arranged by Helium and the installation fee is payable separately after installation as stated at checkout.

Helium Air carries a manufacturer's warranty: 10 years on the compressor, 5 years on the PCB, and 1 year of comprehensive warranty from the date of installation. Warranty excludes damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, voltage fluctuations beyond specified limits, and acts of god.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any Indian law or regulation;
• impersonate any person, including another customer, employee, or partner;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks connected to it;
• upload viruses, scripts, or any malicious code;
• scrape, copy, or otherwise harvest information from the Site for resale or any commercial purpose without our written consent;
• resell, repackage, or commercially exploit the Helium Air product without an authorised dealer agreement.

All content on the Site — including the Helium name, logo, product designs, photographs, videos, copy, code, and the “HELIUM™” trademark — is owned by or licensed to Helium Smart Air Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent. A limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view content for personal, non-commercial use is granted to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helium Smart Air Private Limited, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the products.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or a product shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the product giving rise to such claim.
