A Helium AC is a long-term investment in your comfort. Our warranty is structured to match that — covering every component that matters, with no surprise charges and no pressure to buy add-on service contracts.

Our Commitment

If a critical component fails, we repair or replace it at ₹0 — parts and labour included.

Warranty Coverage

Outdoor Unit (ODU)

1 YEAR · 10 YEARS ON COMPRESSOR

Every component in the outdoor unit carries a minimum 1-year warranty. The compressor is covered for 10 years. A failure in any of the following results in repair or replacement at zero cost to you.

  • Compressor — 10 years
  • Condenser and heat exchanger coil — 1 year
  • Fan motor — 1 year
  • Outdoor PCB and factory-supplied electrical components — 5 years
  • Valves and all functional parts — 1 year

Indoor Unit (IDU)

1 YEAR · 5 YEARS ON PCB

All indoor unit components carry a minimum 1-year warranty. The PCB and control board are covered for 5 years. Cosmetic or structural elements are excluded.

Covered at ₹0 (parts and labour):

  • Indoor PCB and control board — 5 years
  • Blower motor — 1 year
  • Sensors and internal wiring — 1 year
  • Display unit and functional electronics — 1 year

Complimentary Service Benefits

Every Helium AC comes with 2 complimentary dry services in the first year, included as part of your ownership experience. Each service is available at a nominal handling and scheduling fee of ₹99 + GST.

When can you avail

  • 1st complimentary service — available from Month 7 after installation
  • 2nd complimentary service — available from Month 11 after installation

Both services can be booked directly through the Helium App at a time that suits you.

From Year 2 onwards

Additional services beyond the first year are available on request at standard rates. Booking through the Helium App keeps your service history organised and accessible at any time.

Warranty Conditions

The following terms apply to all claims made under the Helium warranty:

  • ●Coverage is valid for standard residential use only.
  • ●All installation and service work must be performed by authorised Helium technicians.
  • ●Damage resulting from misuse, tampering, or external causes is not covered.
  • ●Physical damage or damage caused by accidents — including drops, impact, water ingress, or electrical surges — falls outside the scope of this warranty.
  • ●Installation, repair, servicing, gas charging, or any modification carried out by a third-party or non-authorised technician will immediately void the product warranty. Warranty claims will only be honoured if installation and all service activities are performed by authorised Helium technicians.
  • ●This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
  • ●In the event of any conflict between this summary and the full terms, the detailed terms published on the Helium website shall prevail.

Activating Your Warranty

Warranty registration is handled entirely through the Helium App. This links your product to your account, enables service tracking, and ensures you always have your warranty details on hand.

The Helium App does more than activate your warranty. Once registered, it becomes your AC's control centre:

  • Control temperature, modes, and settings directly from your phone — anytime, anywhere
  • Track electricity consumption and savings in real time
  • Receive early alerts for gas leakage or performance issues
  • Monitor machine health in real time

    Add your AC by scanning the QR code on the unit

    Upload your purchase invoice and installation confirmation

    Your warranty activates immediately upon successful submission
